Virtually all our machines are CNC controlled, assisting us to produce very accurate parts, with a high degree of repeatability.

Mazak VTC-20 Vertical CNC Machining Centre

The Mazak VTC-20 is a versatile machine. It has a fixed table which allows items much larger than the table size to be comfortably accomodated and the conversational programming Mazatrol Controller ensures a rapid setup time.

Tongtai TMV1050A Machining Centre

Similar to the Mazak, this recently purchased machine has enabled us to double machining capacity.

CNC Fanuc Tape Drill

This smaller machine is suited to the machining of lighter metals; and has the capacity to rigid tap holes at 6000rpm. It's suited to smaller items requiring 2 dimensional machining; holes drilled, slots, etc.

More generalised machining can be carried out on our toolroom equipment; lathes, turret mill, drills and surface grinder.
